How do I get started with Klosesales?

Getting started takes only a few minutes:

  1. Sign up — create your account at app.klosesales.com.
  2. Create a workspace — set up a workspace for your team or campaign.
  3. Build your knowledge base — upload your products (CSV), services, or documents so your agent knows what to say.
  4. Configure your agent — choose a voice gender and set your agent's name.
  5. Buy credits — add pay-as-you-go credits to your account.
  6. Make your first call — enter a phone number and let your agent handle the rest.
How does the pay-as-you-go pricing work?

Klosesales uses a credit-based pay-as-you-go model. You buy credits and use them to make calls — no monthly subscription required. Full pricing details are covered in Section 4 of our Terms & Conditions.

What is the difference between a chatbot and Klose?

A chatbot and Klose differ in three fundamental ways:

  • Channel — chatbots operate in text-based chat widgets; Klose makes live voice calls.
  • Decision-making — chatbots follow a fixed script; Klose makes autonomous mid-conversation decisions based on real-time context and your knowledge base.
  • Output — chatbots surface text responses; Klose delivers AI-generated call summaries, audio recordings, and AI-powered insights after every call.
What file formats does the knowledge base support?

The knowledge base supports three types of content:

  • Products — upload a CSV file and the system automatically extracts all product details.
  • Services — add service descriptions manually as text.
  • Documents — upload text-based PDFs or paste text directly. Note: image-only or scanned PDFs are not currently supported.

You can create multiple knowledge bases and assign different ones to different calls or campaigns.

Will Klosesales integrate with my CRM?

CRM integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) are on the roadmap and coming soon. In the current beta, you can review all call outcomes, transcripts, summaries, and recordings directly inside Klosesales. Multi-number parallel calling is also coming soon.
