1. Information we collect
Account information: Name, email address, and mobile phone number provided at registration.
Payment information: Payment card details are collected and stored exclusively by Paddle.com in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. We do not store your full card number, CVV, or payment credentials.
Usage data: Call logs, call durations, AI query history, credit consumption, and platform activity.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and access timestamps, collected automatically for security and operational purposes.
Social login data: If you choose to register or log in using Google or Facebook, we receive your first name, last name, and email address from the respective provider. We do not receive your social media password. The information received is limited to what is necessary to create and manage your account.
2. How we use your information
- To create and manage your account;
- To authenticate your identity using OTP messages sent to your registered mobile number via Twilio Verify;
- To process credit purchases and payments via Paddle;
- To provide, operate, and improve the Service;
- To generate AI-powered insights from your call data;
- To communicate important account and service updates;
- To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud.
- To authenticate your identity via Google or Facebook if you choose to use social login;
3. SMS and mobile messaging consent
By providing your mobile phone number and registering an account, you consent to receive text messages (SMS) containing one-time passcodes (OTPs) for account verification and authentication purposes. Message frequency depends on your login and verification activity. Message and data rates may apply.
These messages are sent solely for authentication and account security. Your mobile number will not be used for marketing or promotional SMS messages.
To opt out: You may request to stop receiving SMS messages by contacting us at support@klosesales.com. Please note that opting out of SMS messages will result in the loss of access to your account, as mobile verification is a mandatory security requirement of the Service.

4. Data sharing and disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data with:
- Twilio: For SMS OTP delivery and outbound voice calling. Twilio's Privacy Policy applies;
- Paddle: For payment processing as Merchant of Record. Paddle's Privacy Policy applies;
- Google: If you use Google Sign-In, Google's Privacy Policy applies to the authentication process;
- Meta (Facebook): If you use Facebook Login, Meta's Privacy Policy applies to the authentication process;
- Law enforcement or regulators: Where required by applicable law, court order, or to protect our rights.
- Time4VPS: Our servers are located in Lithuania, EU, hosted via Time4VPS. Time4VPS acts as an infrastructure provider and does not access your personal data except as required for server operations. Time4VPS's Privacy Policy applies;
5. International data transfers
Klosesales is operated by the Company, incorporated in India. Our servers are hosted in the European Union (Lithuania). If you access the Service from the United States, your personal data will be stored and processed on servers located in the European Union on our behalf.
By using the Service, you consent to this transfer and processing. We handle all personal data in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India).
6. Data retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as required to provide the Service. Upon account deletion, personal data is deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@klosesales.com. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Cookies and tracking
We use essential cookies for session management and authentication. We may use analytics cookies to understand platform usage. You may disable cookies in your browser settings; however, this may affect functionality.
9. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
