Refund and Cancellation Policy

Klosesales operates on a prepaid, pay-as-you-go credit model. All payments are processed by Paddle (paddle.com), our authorised Merchant of Record, who handles all transactions, tax compliance, and refund requests on our behalf.


1. Payments and Merchant of Record

All credit purchases on Klosesales are processed by Paddle. When you complete a purchase, you are transacting with Paddle as the seller of record, subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms in addition to this policy.


2. Platform Service Fee

A platform service fee is applied to each credit purchase to cover payment processing costs. Before you confirm your purchase, an estimated total is displayed which includes the base credit package price, the platform service fee, and any applicable taxes calculated by Paddle based on your billing location. The final amount charged to your payment method upon confirmation may vary slightly from the estimated total depending on your exact billing address and applicable local tax rates.


3. Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Paddle in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy. You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:

  • Discretionary refund: You submit a request within 14 days of your transaction date. Submission within this period does not guarantee a refund; requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis by Paddle.
  • Statutory withdrawal right: If you are a Consumer residing in the EU, EEA, Switzerland, or the United Kingdom, you have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw from your purchase and receive a full refund, provided you have not started using the service during that period.
  • Technical or product defect: If a persistent technical issue on our infrastructure prevents you from accessing the features of the Service as described, you may be eligible for a refund following investigation.

To request a refund, visit paddle.net and select "Request a refund", or use the "View receipt" link in your transaction confirmation email. You may also contact us at support@klosesales.com and we will facilitate your request with Paddle.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law in your territory of purchase.


4. Credit expiry

Credits currently do not expire. We reserve the right to introduce a credit expiry policy in the future. If we do so, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance before any expiry terms take effect, and any such change will only apply to credits purchased after the effective date of the new policy.


5. Account cancellation

You may cancel your Klosesales account at any time by contacting us at support@klosesales.com or using the account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Access to the Service will be terminated;
  • Any remaining credit balance will no longer be accessible. Refund eligibility for unused credits is subject to Paddle's Refund Policy and the applicable circumstances described in Section 3 above;
  • Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms and Conditions.


6. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us at support@klosesales.com or reach Paddle directly at paddle.net before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Most issues can be resolved directly and more quickly this way. Chargebacks are handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms.
