Klosesales is a fully digital, software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. We do not sell, manufacture, or ship any physical goods. This policy clarifies the nature of our deliverables for the purposes of payment processor compliance.


1. Nature of deliverables

All purchases made on Klosesales are for digital credits — a prepaid balance that grants access to the following digital services:

  • AI-powered outbound voice calling via the Klosesales platform;
  • AI chatbot queries for call summaries, transcripts, and sales insights;
  • Access to the Klosesales dashboard, analytics, and reporting tools.

No physical product, hardware, or tangible goods of any kind are sold or delivered through this platform.


2. Digital delivery

Credits are delivered instantly and electronically to your Klosesales account balance upon successful payment confirmation. You can begin using credits immediately after purchase — no waiting period, no physical delivery, and no shipping address is required.


3. Delivery confirmation

Upon successful purchase, you will receive:

  • An updated credit balance reflected in your Klosesales account dashboard in real time.

If your credit balance does not update within 15 minutes of a successful payment, please contact us at support@klosesales.com with your transaction ID.


4. No shipping charges

As no physical goods are shipped, there are no shipping, handling, customs, or delivery charges associated with any purchase on Klosesales. The only additional charges applied at checkout are the payment processing fee charged by Paddle and any applicable taxes based on your billing location, as described in our Terms and Conditions.


5. Service availability

The Klosesales Service is available to users internationally, subject to compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction. Access to the platform is provided over the internet and requires an active internet connection. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability but target 99.5% uptime and will communicate planned downtime in advance.
